Our Emergency Response Team (ERT) is set up to encounter problems which may arise during and or after normal working hours. The existence of the ERT is to ensure that all emergency situations are attended to immediately.

Our ERT has been given adequate trainings to encounter any types of situation. Our team is able to ensure that the minimum response time for any breakdown will be within the stipulated time based on the area of service. Each ERT Team Leader will be briefed on their respective team members’ responsibilities and at the same time each post will have one security personnel in the ERT to ensure their role in cases of emergency, like notifying the relevant authorities.
